Same hemp seed, two growing locations — different results. Grown on Gotland the plant contained **8.83% CBDA**, compared to **6.64%** for the exact same seed grown in Italy. That is roughly **33% more CBDA**, confirmed by independent lab analysis (HPLC-UV) of both.

## Why does Helsama's hemp contain more CBDA?

We source Swedish-grown hemp from Gotland. According to our own analyses, the long daylight hours of the Nordic summer and the clean growing environment yield a higher CBDA content than the same seed grown further south. Most of the CBD hemp on the market is grown in southern countries and imported — we go the opposite way.
