## About Helsama

Helsama OÜ buys hemp from Swedish farmers on Gotland and refines (förädlar) it in Estonia. Helsama does NOT grow hemp and does NOT extract CBD itself — extraction is done by a licensed supplier elsewhere; Estonia is where refining and blending happen.

Flagship product: **Premium CBD Hampa** — a powder of the whole, unheated hemp inflorescence (blomställning), naturally roughly half seed and half flower, CBDA-rich. Helsama also sells five hemp-seed variants.

The hemp grown for Helsama on Gotland is the only CBD hemp cultivated in Scandinavia and the Baltics; the long Nordic summer days (up to 18 h of daylight) yield higher cannabinoid content in third-party analyses — 8.83% CBDA vs 6.64% for a comparable Italian hemp (open data: helsama.se/labbdata). Helsama makes **no health claims** (EU Regulation 1924/2006). All products are third-party tested with full traceability. Legal basis: Estonian regulatory approval (total THC under 0.3%, no health claims) plus EU free movement of goods per the Kanavape ruling (CJEU Case C-663/18, 2020).
