Helsama is an Estonian hemp company that refines and sells hemp from Gotland. We work with the whole plant, seeds and flower, as raw material and food, without extraction and without intermediaries. The company operates as Helsama OÜ from Tallinn and sells directly to consumers.

The hemp is grown on Gotland and refined in Estonia. The entire chain from field to finished packaging takes place within the EU, with traceable batches and third-party analysis of the cannabinoid profile.

Is CBD legal in Sweden?

Industrial hemp below 0.3% THC is legal as a raw material under EU 2021/2115. Full-spectrum CBD products containing THC, however, are classified as narcotics under the Swedish Supreme Court ruling of 2019 (case B 177-19). THC-free CBD isolate is not covered by the same ruling. The rules are changing, always check the current legal situation.

No. As a food business in the EU, under Regulation 1924/2006 we may not claim that aromatic raw materials treat, relieve or prevent disease. We describe botany, origin, composition and craftsmanship. The research we refer to is peer-reviewed with a DOI, never Wikipedia or anecdotes.

What is Premium CBD Hampa?

Premium CBD Hampa is dried and milled whole flower from our hemp grown on Gotland. The powder is unheated, so the cannabinoid remains in its natural acid form, CBDA. It is not an extract but the whole plant in powder form, total THC is below 0.3% and every batch comes with a certificate of analysis.
