There''s a feeling in the air when summer starts leaning toward autumn. The days are still warm, the light turns golden, and out in the fields the hemp is ready. That''s when everything we''ve worked for all year lands — in the harvest.
This year we don''t want to do it alone. We want to share it with you.
The last week of August and the first week of September we''re opening up and inviting you, if you''re curious, to be there when the harvest is brought in. No prior experience needed — just the urge to roll up your sleeves, be outdoors, and experience hemp for real, from field to finished product.
What the days look like
- Work outside in the sun — we harvest together, at a calm pace and in good company. Many hands make the work lighter and more fun.
- Social days with the team — this is as much about community as it is about the work. Time to talk, get to know each other, and understand the whole journey behind what we do.
- Harvest feast in the evening — when the day is done we gather around good food, drink and company. A real celebration of what we''ve accomplished together.
These are simple days at their best: meaningful work, beautiful nature, and people who want the same thing.

Everyone. Whether you''re a loyal customer, curious about hemp, or just up for a few different days in late summer — you''re welcome. Bring a friend.
How to sign up
Send an email to info@helsama.se and tell us briefly that you''re interested in joining the harvest. Mention which week suits you best — the last week of August or the first week of September — and we''ll get back to you with practical info.
