Making your own granola at home is both simple and enjoyable, and when you add hemp seeds, you get an extra boost of nutrients. Ingredients:
5 dl oats
1 dl almonds, roughly chopped
0.5 dl hemp seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
A pinch of salt
Dried fruit, optional
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Mix the oats, almonds, hemp seeds, and salt in a large bowl.
Melt the coconut oil together with the maple syrup and mix with the dry ingredients until everything is coated.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the granola is golden. Stir halfway through.
