Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place the basil leaves, hemp seeds, garlic cloves, parmesan cheese and lemon juice in a food processor.
- Blend the ingredients while slowly pouring in the olive oil until the pesto is smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
