Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place the basil leaves, hemp seeds, garlic cloves, parmesan cheese and lemon juice in a food processor.
  2. Blend the ingredients while slowly pouring in the olive oil until the pesto is smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
