1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix the oats, hemp seeds, almond butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
Add the dark chocolate chips and stir.
Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls slightly with your hand.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
